It was acquired by Rhône-Mérieux and then by Merial, the veterinary division of Sanofi. In 2017, Merial was sold to Boehringer-Ingelheim. Early 2019, the production site and the activity of the brand Coophavet was transferred by Boehringer-Ingelheim to the Dutch company, Dopharma. |
