Obverse : 25ème anniversaire de l’entrée en pharmacie de Burkh. Reber / né le 11 dec. 1848 à Benzenschwyl (Argovie) / 1 mai 1868 à Weinfelden / 1 mai 1893 à Genève Medal struck to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the entry of Burkhard Reber at the School of Pharmacy. Burkhard Reber became pharmacist in 1877. He was appointed pharmacist-in-chief of the Geneva hospital in 1879. He is well-known for his collection of pharmaceutical antiques which can now be seen in Nyon.
